Return Policy (EU)
Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy (For EU Residents Only)
This policy applies exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union (EU).
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) received the product, without giving any reason, even if the item is a secondhand product.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract before the 14-day period expires. You may do so using one of the following methods:
• Using the Withdrawal Button: Click the "Cancel Contract (Withdrawal)" button located in your account page or the website footer, and follow the on-screen instructions.
• By Email: Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to our customer support desk at [※御社のメールアドレス].
3. Procedure for Using the Withdrawal Button
You can use the dedicated "Cancel Contract" button integrated into our user interface. Once you click the button, a confirmation screen will be displayed for you to finalize the process. Upon completion, a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal will be sent to you automatically.
4. Return Shipping Costs and Customs Duties for Withdrawal
If you return a product within the 14-day cooling-off period under your right of withdrawal (customer preference/convenience), you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including return shipping fees, packaging costs, and any administrative fees, import taxes, or customs duties incurred during the return shipment (Prepaid / DDP shipping).
In the event that you return the goods without paying these costs and we receive a bill or claim for return shipping or customs duties (e.g., Cash on Delivery or Duties Unpaid), we will deduct the full amount of such expenses from your total refund in accordance with Section 5. If the deducted amount exceeds the refund total, you may be billed for the remaining balance.
However, the above shall not apply if:
• We have explicitly stated that we voluntarily bear the cost of returning the goods.
• We failed to properly inform you prior to purchase that you would be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
5. Refunds Upon Withdrawal
Upon receiving your notice of withdrawal and confirming either the return of the goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, we will refund the total amount you paid at the time of order (purchase price) in full.
We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:
• Goods made to your unique specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made items).
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products (Legal Warranty)
Please note that due to the nature of secondhand products, items may show slight wear, dirt, or stains, and initial accessories may not be included. These conditions are detailed in the product description, and such described characteristics do not constitute defects.
However, if you receive a product with a significant defect or discrepancy that was not described on the product page, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights under EU law.
• No Exchanges: Since our items are secondhand and mainly one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer a replacement or exchange.
• Remedy: If the item has a non-described defect, please contact us by email immediately. If a repair is not possible or reasonable, we will accept a return and provide a full refund, and we will bear the return shipping costs.
