  • Shipping is free regardless of the number of items purchased or the order value.

RAGTAG Global currently ships to 195 countries and regions worldwide.

Please note that shipping availability may change without prior notice due to local conditions, international transportation disruptions, government regulations, customs restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Destinations page or the availability shown at checkout for the latest information.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via DHL Express.

  • We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific shipping carrier.
  • Each order is packed and shipped separately. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment.
  • Any request for unattended delivery or delivery without a signature is made at the customer's own risk and responsibility.

Processing & Delivery Time

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Please note the following:

  • All orders are shipped from Japan.
  • Depending on the inventory location, some items may first be transferred from one of our retail stores to our warehouse before shipment.
  • This additional transfer may result in longer processing times.
  • Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including transportation disruptions or customs procedures, may occur.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country or region.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received your order within 15 business days after shipment, please contact us.
