Returns & Exchanges

At RAGTAG Online, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • Slight dirt, stains, or signs of wear that are inherent to secondhand products.
  • Customer preferences, including differences in image, color, fit, or size.

Before You Order

Please note the following before placing your order:

  • All items undergo a thorough inspection before being listed.
  • Any noticeable stains, dirt, damage, or other conditions are described in the product details.
  • As these are secondhand products, original accessories may not be included.
  • Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
  • If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order.
  • We cannot offer discounts based on conditions already disclosed in the product description.

If You Receive a Defective Item

If the product has a defect that was not described on the product page:

  1. Contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Return the item within 10 days after receiving our instructions.

Please Note

  • Most of our products are one-of-a-kind secondhand items; therefore, exchanges are not available.
  • If the item cannot be repaired, we will accept the return and provide a refund.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for approved defective items.
  • We cannot accept repair or return requests for defects reported more than 7 days after delivery.
