We do not accept exchange of purchased products because of it is one of a kind, non replaceable.
At RAGTAG Online, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to slight dirt or stains,as the nature of the secondhand products.
In addition, after a strict product check, if there are stains, dirt, etc. on the posted products, they are described in the product details.
Also, due to the matter of second hand products,initial accessories may not be contained.

If there is a problem with the product:
If you find any defects in the product upon arrival, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after arrival.
After contacting us, we ask for your cooperation in returning the item to us within 10 days.
Mainly it is a one-of-a-kind item in second hand, so it is non exchangeable.
If it is not possible for us to repair the product, we will pay the shipping cost and return the product.
Please Acknowledge that we do not accept request of repairs or returns due to defects after 7 days of product arrival.
