Due to the nature of secondhand items, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer preference, including minor imperfections such as slight dirt, stains, signs of wear, or differences in image or size.

If you receive an item with a defect that was not described in the product listing, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. After contacting us, we kindly ask that you return the item within 10 days.
